Claudia started writing songs at a very young age in Argentina.
She won the OTI songwriting contest in 1991 and the Viña del Mar contest in 1995. In 1998, she moved to California to pursue an international career.

Her album Sincera, released on September 28th 2018 won a Grammy for Best Latin Pop Album in February 2019.
Produced by Cheche Alara and Moogie Canazio, the album features : Antonio Carmona, Alex Cuba, La Marisoul Hernandez and Arnaldo Antunes.

Nomminated for six Latin Grammys she got one for Song of the Year in 2009.

She was SESAC Latina Songwriter of the Year from 2007 to 2009, ASCAP Latina Songwriter of the Year 2012 and 2015 and got inducted into the Latin Songwriters Hall of fame in 2016.

Her songs have been cut by Camila Cabello, Jessie Reyez, Carlos Santana, Alejandro Sanz, Girls Generation, Demi Lovato, Luis Fonsi, Barbra Streisand, Josh Groban, Ricky Martin, Kendji Girac, Michael Bublé, Fantasia Barrino, Il Volo, 5th Harmony, John Legend, Enrique Iglesias, The Tenors, Kenny G, Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez, Alejandro Fernandez, Paulina Rubio, Laura Pausini, Lara Fabian,Calibre 50, Sergio Dalma, Thalia, Diego Torres,Marta Sánchez, Cristian Castro, Chayanne, La Ley, La Santa Cecilia and Victor Manuelle, among others.

Over 1200 of her songs have been recorded. She also wrote end titles for Ladrón que roba a ladrón, Spare parts, Seven days in Havana and spanish versions for Despicable me and Hop.

Her latest single Una mujer from her Grammy winning album Sincera, is a powerful anthem for women featuring La Marisoul Hernandez.
