Claudia Brant started writing songs at 6 years of age. She signed with Warner Music at 22, and released 2 very successful albums in South America. She won the OTI songwriting contest in 1991 and Viña del Mar songwriting contest in 1995. In 1998, she moved to California to pursue a songwriter and producer career. Since then, Claudia established an average of 40 cuts per year in various genres and languages (Spanish, Portuguese & English).
Her latest album “Sincera” was released on September 28th, 2018 and won a Grammy for “Best Latin Pop Album” . The award winning album was recorded at East West Studios in LA, produced by Cheche Alara and Moogie Canazio and includes 4 duets featuring Antonio Carmona, Alex Cuba, La Marisoul Hernandez and Arnaldo Antunes.
Claudia has been previously nominated for a Latin Grammy as a songwriter, artist and producer; and won a Latin Grammy for Song of the Year in 2009. She was awarded SESAC Latina Songwriter of the Year for three consecutive years: 2007-2009 and ASCAP Latina Songwriter of the Year in 2012 and 2015. Along with this, her song “No Me Doy Por Vencido” was named “Song of the Decade” by Billboard Magazine as it held #1 spot in Latin Charts for a 19 consecutive weeks record.
Since then, Claudia Brant has been collaborating with the biggest names in the music industry: Bruno Mars, Desmond Child, Dianne Warren, Lester Méndez, David Foster, Martin Terefe, Danny Elfman, Humberto Gatica, Lauren Christy, Chris Destefano, Jayson DeSuzio, Jeremy Lubbock, Arturo Sandoval, Sebastian Krys, Lindy Robbins, Gary Burr, Kike Santander, Naughty Boy, Ferras, Noel Schajris, Neff-u, Erika Nuri, Andres Levin, Motiff, Motesart, Lil’ Eddie Serrano, Julio Reyes Copello, Andres Castro and Julia Michaels, to name a few.

In addition to her ongoing songwriting and production endeavors Claudia is serving as a National Trustee for The Recording Academy and also as VP West Coast of The Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame, where she was inducted in 2016.
Nowadays she is running as a candidate for the ASCAP Board of Directors and recently became a member on the founding committee of the latin arm of the Alicia Key’s woman initiative : She Is The Music.
In February of this year, after winning the Grammy for “Best Latin Pop Album”, she performed in her home country, Argentina, at Teatro Colón with Antonio Carmona and the Symphonic Orchestra. In March 2019 The Recording Academy invited Claudia to a writers retreat where she collaborated with songwriters and artist such as : Tish Hyman, Sebastian Kole, T-Pain, Motiff and Makeba Woods.
Claudia has been invited to performe with Ketama at Circo Price in Madrid. The show will take place on April 11th. By the end of April. Claudia will be performing and speaking at the “RIO2C 2019” conference. The panel will feature Claudia along side her producer Moogie Canazio and brazilian superstar Lenine.
